We are looking for a German-speaking student for a part-time position (approximately 20–40%). In this role, you will help further develop an important area of expertise within a forward-thinking bank.

About the role:

As a Junior Fraud & Chargeback Officer, you will work with handling disputes on credit cards and savings accounts, fraud checks on new credit applications, and customer correspondence.

You will become part of the NOBA Fraud & Chargeback (NFC) team, joining the German team of 4 employees working daily to protect the bank's customers from financial crime. The team is part of a larger NFC department of 32 employees. We handle fraud cases, disputes, and claims related to credit cards and loans, and work closely with authorities and other banks to stop fraud. With us, you will get the opportunity to actively contribute to safeguarding customers' rights and combating financial crime.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, criminology, or another relevant field, with at least one year of studies remaining

• Has strong analytical skills and can understand financial data and trends

• Communicates well, both in writing and verbally

• Has strong German language skills (at least B1 level), as well as full proficiency in English

• Is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives with varied tasks

• Adapts well to change and collaborates effectively with others

• Is motivated by helping customers and contributing to the fight against financial crime

• Location: Snarøyveien 36, Fornebu

• Form of employment: Part-time approx. 20-40% (1-3 days a week)

• Working hours: Core hours from 09-15

• For this position, we conduct a credit check on the candidate we offer the job to. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory result
