We are looking for a curious and driven Analyst to join our newly established Analysis & Business Development team within NOBA Bank Group's Credit Card division.

About the role:
You will take ownership of portfolio reporting and performance tracking, ensuring the team always has a reliable and up-to-date view of business performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will deliver high-quality analyses, identify opportunities, and contribute to decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor the portfolio's performance picture - build, evolve and be accountable for the reporting that the division relies on.

• Conduct deep-dive customer and behavioral analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across the credit card portfolio.

• Support business cases and ad-hoc analyses for the credit card division and stakeholders.

• Contribute to competitive benchmarking and market research to strengthen the team’s commercial awareness.

• Prepare data outputs and analytical input for presentations to senior management and governance forums.

We are looking for you who have:

• 1-3 years of experience from banking, consulting or similar. Recent graduates with strong internship track records will also be considered.

• Strong analytical skills - you can work with large datasets, form clear conclusions, and communicate insights.

• Solid technical skills, including experience with SQL, Python and Excel.

• A degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related field.

• Strong communication skills in English and a Nordic language.

• Experience working with credit cards is considered an advantage.
