Are you a great listener and enjoy helping others? We are growing and now looking for an engaged Customer Advisor to join our team and support our Finnish customers. As a Finnish Customer Advisor in our Customer Service department, you will join an open and positive work environment with strong teamwork and a clear focus on creating value for our customers. You will gain solid knowledge of our products, learn how the bank operates, and develop strong customer service skills.
About the team
We serve customers from multiple countries. Therefore, our teams are divided into different areas of responsibility: Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany. Our Finnish team works towards our Finnish customers and consists of six skilled and collaborative colleagues, based at our office in Fornebu, just outside Oslo😊
About the role
As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in answering general as well as complex questions and supporting our customer with a wide range of inquiries, such as balance checks, account closures, and technical issues. You will also be responsible for more specialized tasks, possibly death estate management, handling incorrect payments, GDPR-related matters, and communicating with loan agents. When needed, you will have contact with customers over e-mail and chat as well.
Who are you?
You have experience helping and supporting customers, for example from a similar role or through work that involved customer contact over the phone.
You can communicate fluently in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
You are service-minded, detail-oriented and stay calm under pressure.
You are able to work at our office in Fornebu, outside Oslo.
It is a plus if you:
Have previous experience in banking, financial services, or government agencies (such as NAV/Kela/Skateetaten/Vero).
Can speak another Nordic language.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Working hours: 08:00-16:00.
