Team Manager Collection
Are you motivated to lead the German, Danish, Finnish and Spanish collection team?
We are now looking for a Team Manager in the Collection department.
In this role, you will lead the German, Danish, Finnish, and Spanish Collection team, playing a key part in optimizing our collection processes and ensuring efficiency across all areas.
About the Role:
As Team Manager Collection DE/DK/FI/ES, you will be responsible for leading six team members. You will actively contribute to daily operations while setting strategic goals and ensuring that the team operates in line with the organization’s guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and have a direct impact on the company’s overall performance. You will report directly to the Head of Collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to team members, while overseeing daily operations.
- Actively participate in day-to-day tasks to ensure project deliveries.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and prepare reports for management.
- Develop short-term strategies to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Make quick decisions on behalf of the team in critical situations.
- Identify skill gaps and facilitate necessary training.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between team output and organizational expectations.
- Ensure that the team complies with company policies and regulations.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with collection processes, a strong understanding of debt recovery, and is familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategies to minimize losses.
- Has excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Is a problem-solver who can handle challenges that arise in the collection process.
- Fluency in English is required, as it is the working language in the team.
- Knowledge of German, Danish, Finnish, Spanish or other nordic language is a plus.
- Familiarity with the markets are considered an advantage.

- Location: Snarøyveien 36, Fornebu.
- Form of employment: Permanent.
- Working hours: Core hours between 09-15.
