Customer Operations consists of multiple teams across our brands—Bank Norwegian, Nordax Bank, and Svensk Hypotekspension—operating from both Stockholm and Oslo. Together, we deliver exceptional service in areas such as Customer Service, Mortgages, Personal Loans, Collections, Anti-Money Laundering, and Credit.
