We are looking for a Risk Analyst with focus on operational risk to join our Group Risk Control function. You will join the Operational Risk team within the Group Risk Control function, currently consisting of 12 colleagues and covering all NOBAS’s risk exposures.
The Group Risk Control function within NOBA values wholehearted dedication, collaboration, and mutual support to foster growth and success. This role is based at our headquarter in Stockholm, at Gävlegatan 22, and reports to the Group Head of Operation Risk within the Group Risk Control function.
About the role:
Working with operational risks at NOBA offers a rewarding experience. We are transitioning towards proactive operational risk frameworks, utilizing data-driven analytics and AI to enhance efficiency and insights. As an Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening NOBA’s risk management frameworks by integrating data-driven analysis and ensuring operational resilience in an increasingly digitalized environment. With growing reliance on technology, managing ICT risks is a key priority, and you will be instrumental in further strengthening this area within the broader operational risk strategy.
In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to develop, refine, and implement NOBA’s operational risk frameworks, ensuring robust controls and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate business continuity management across all NOBA’s business functions, fostering a strong risk culture.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring, analysing, controlling and reporting of operational risk (including ICT) across NOBA Group.
- Lead, coordinate and monitor the Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, including Crisis Management and Incident Response and Recover.
- Maintaining close communication and coordination regarding operational risk exposures and developments with NOBA’s business functions, Tech function and other relevant internal stakeholders.
- Analysing and implementing regulatory requirements in the operational and ICT risk areas.
We are looking for you who:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
- 2-4 years’ experience in risk management and internal control, preferable in audit or consultancy.
- Good writing and communications skills (English is NOBA’s main working language).
- Have the right to work in Sweden (Swedish citizenship, EU citizenship or a valid Swedish work permit).
It's positive if you:
- Knowledge in ICT risk management and security frameworks.
- Experience with in the financial sector.
- Experience in Power BI.
- Experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
- Experience from working with implementation and/or follow up of regulatory requirements relevant for financial sector, e.g. EBA, DORA.
