About the role:
As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of NOBA’s identity management systems. You will collaborate with Cyber Security (CISO), system specialists, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and processes. With NOBA transitioning further into cloud based services, you will be instrumental in strengthening our IAM framework and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. In more detail, your areas of responsibility will include:
- Manage and enhance NOBA’s identity management systems, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency.
- Oversee access certifications, role-based access, application integrations, SSO, PIM/PAM, and IAM improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve IAM strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to refine policies and processes.
- Drive the transition to cloud-based IdP (Identity providers) solutions and align IAM strategies with access management goals.
- Implement and maintain IAM solutions for identity lifecycle management, governance, and security.
- Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and ensure system reliability.
- Develop IAM governance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA).
- Improve automation of routine activities and integration with connected systems.
- Participate in and contribute to audits, access reviews, and risk assessments to ensure a secure IAM environment.
- Lead the migration from on-premises Active Directory to a cloud-based IdP solution.
You would be a part of our IT infrastructure team, currently consisting of 9 people located working in both Stockholm and Oslo! Considering your broad collaborative landscape on a group level, the role would include some travelling days to our Oslo office per year.
We are looking for you who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with managing cloud privileged Identities on various cloud platforms
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IAM solutions in Microsoft EntraID/Azure AD
- Expertise in IAM concepts like SSO, MFA, identity governance, and access control.
- Very good understanding of IAM concepts and its underlying processes
- Knowledge and experience in ITSM tools (JIRA/Confluence) and agile processes
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
It's positive if you have:
- Worked in a complex environment using multiple IdPs
- Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements such as DORA
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate)
