About the role:
The Data & Analytics Engineering department comprises specialized teams focused on Data Infrastructure Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Data Management.
As a Data Analytics Engineer, you'll play a central role in building and optimizing the organization's supporting analytics layer, collaborating across the bank. This role offers broad opportunities to grow and make a tangible impact!

Main tasks:
- Design and implement efficient data models, focusing on analytics workflows and end-user usability.
- Build robust and scalable data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as Risk, Finance, and IT, to ensure data solutions align with business needs.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the analytics lifecycle.
- Drive technical improvements, introducing modern tools and processes to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Partner with other engineers to align transformation processes for analytics purposes.
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with analytics, modern data practices, and creating insights that drive decisions. We believe you are a detail-oriented and proactive person who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoy learning new technologies. You approach challenges with a “can-do” attitude and excel in analytical thinking and problem-solving. For this role you’ll need:
- Work experience in a similar role within data, analytics, or software development.
- An academic degree related to analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in ETL processes, designing analytics-ready datasets, and ensuring clean and usable data for stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Databricks, dbt (SQL), and related reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Strong English skills, with a good understanding of Swedish and/or Norwegian.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience with Microsoft’s data stack (Azure, SQL, and other cloud services).
- A background in data roles within the financial sector.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Start: By agreement
Location: Stockholm or Oslo
Form of employment: Permanent employment (6-month probationary period)
Working hours: 08:30-17:00 (June-August: 08:30-16:00)
