Join our Swedish team as a Customer Advisor! We are a team with a high level of openness and good atmosphere, where collaboration is characterized by a great dedication to our customers and colleagues. Together, we strive to enhance customer satisfaction by sharing knowledge and working collaboratively.
We serve customers from several different countries. Therefore, our team is divided into different responsibilities; Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Spain, and Germany.
In 2023, we were on the podium in an award for the best customer service conducted by the Norwegian Customer Service Index. They have no jury, so it is our customers who have provided feedback, and we are among the top three in the category "Best Customer Service - Bank"!

About the role:
We assist all our customers with various questions about their customer relationship. You will help and guide our customers via telephone, email, and chat. In this position, you will gain good insight into our products, how the bank operates, and become adept at creating good customer experiences. It will also require collaboration with other departments to solve our customers' various challenges.
Main tasks:
- Responding to our Swedish customer inquiries in all channels (phone - email - chat)
- Outgoing calls
- Customer service and follow-up of new and existing customers
- Provide customers with guidance and information about our products and services
- Be a driver for increased self-service
We are looking for someone who:
- Can communicate clearly both in writing and orally in Swedish and English. German, Spanish, or one of the other Nordic languages is a plus.
- You can demonstrate good system understanding and good data skills

Form of employment: Full-time
Working hours: Core hours between 09-15
