Finnish speaking Customer Advisor to Pre-Collection (Part-time)
Do you want to make a difference for people facing financial difficulties? Join our Finnish Collections team – a place where we help customers regain financial stability again. 🌟
Please note that we are not able to hire people that live in Finland. To be able to work with us, you need to be located in the Stockholm area, as the office is our main place to work.
We are now looking for new part time colleagues, as we call "temps", to Collections. Collections is an outbound-focused role where you will primarily contact customers who, for various reasons, have fallen behind on their payments. In some cases, there are simple solutions, while in others, you will need to work with the customer to develop a long-term payment plan. You will also handle some inbound calls from customers who reach out to us. Alongside the calls, there is some administrative work, but the role itself is phone-based, which is why we are looking for someone who enjoys customer interaction and sees every conversation as an opportunity to help!📞
To succeed in this role, it is important that you are engaged and proactive - both in customer interactions and in your own development. We value team members who actively contribute to discussions and meetings, even in situations where they may not yet have the deepest expertise. 💡
We operate in a highly regulated industry, and it is crucial that you understand the responsibility that comes with working at a bank, especially in adhering to the regulatory frameworks we must follow. Examples of relevant regulations include GDPR, banking secrecy, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, and identity verification requirements. We must also be mindful of how we communicate with our customers, both verbally and in writing. 📓✔️🖊️
Training:
This position starts with a full-time introduction for two weeks in the office. In order for you to have good conditions to start working, attendance as high as possible is required during these two weeks. After the two weeks, while you are still in training, the shifts will be scheduled during daytime in the office. When you can work independently, you will also have the option to work from home.
Shifts:
Your shifts will mostly be scheduled during the 30th-5th and 15th-17th every month. During the summer, you will be able to work a lot more.
To thrive and perform well in the role, we believe that you need to be:
- Service-oriented & communicative: You have the ability to listen and understand different people’s needs while also having the confidence to set clear expectations in conversations. 🌱
-
Results-driven: You are motivated by achieving results and goals, such as customer satisfaction. 🏆
- Flexible: You can adapt to different situations that arise at work and excel at prioritizing tasks. 🤸♀️
It is also important that you recognize yourself in our values: we are wholehearted, we collaborate and we take the lead.
We are looking for you who:
- Have worked with service/people in some way, preferably over the phone
- Speaks and writes fluently in Finnish and English, preferably Swedish as well
- Has another primary occupation of at least 50% and can work part-time for at least 1 year (hopefully longer!)
