Finnish Customer Advisor to Pre-Collection
Are you a solutions oriented person who puts the customer first? Apply now!
We are now looking for a Customer Advisor to our Collections department!
Collections is an outbound business where you will mostly call out to customers who for some reason are behind on their payments. In some cases there are simple solutions, in other cases you will need to set up a long-term plan together with the customer. You will also, to some extent, receive incoming phone calls from customers who contact us themselves. Connected to the calls there is some administration but the role itself is telephone-based, and therefore we are looking for you who enjoy talking to customers and who sees every call as an opportunity to help!
Working at collections also means many development opportunities. You will get to work with a wide range of clients, giving you the opportunity to develop your communication skills and your ability to solve problems. You will also have the chance to learn about credit and risk management, which is valuable knowledge that can benefit your career in the long term.
Here you will be part of an open climate with high ceilings and close to decisions. Our collaboration is characterized by a big heart for the customer and the team and that we share our knowledge and join hands to make our customers even more satisfied.
The work as a whole consists of providing professional service based on each unique situation by:
- Handle customer matters by phone regarding overdue receivables
- Take care of a certain administration linked to the calls
- Collaborate with other functions internally
To thrive and perform well in the role, we believe that you need to be:
- Communicative and empathetic
- Results oriented
- Flexible
We are looking for you who:
- Has worked with customer service/people in some way, preferably over the phone
- Speaks Finnish and English fluently
It's meritorious if you:
- Speak Swedish as well
- Have worked with pre-collection or collection before
In addition to this, it is important to us that you recognize yourself in our values: we are wholehearted, we collaborate and we take the lead.
Our hybrid policy means that we offer you to work from home 2 days per week.
Practical information:
Start: September-October
Location: Stockholm, Torsplan
Form of employment: Ongoing, 6 months probation period
Extent: Full time
Working hours: 7.30-16
Monthly salary💰
Take the chance and join us on a developing journey with us at the bank with big 🧡 and fast 👣.
